1. TOUR BOOKING GUIDE:

After consultation with the tour information held by www.trangthanhtravel.com, to book a tour at www.trangthanhtravel.com, you can follow one of three ways:

2. TOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

Process tour bookings should be made as follows :

- All the tourist information consulting are completely free service. 3. PRICING POLICY ON TOUR PROGRAMS:

To complete the booking process you need to complete the payment process. You can select one of the following forms:

• Payment by bank transfer following information :

The payment is considered to be completed after receiving the full amount 10 days before departure time (working days) or the contractual agreement between the two sides. Any delay any payments will result in the automatic cancellation of the registration of tourist settlement programs under the contracts signed. The payment will be completed after the signing of a formal contract and a deposit.

Price travel programs are generated in VND. Tours price stated in the price list for each program or service requirements of each customer and the effect of the defined time period.

Tour prices will increase under the provisions of the company on the occasion of Holidays.

4. REGULATION AND POLICY  ON REFUND / CANCELLATION AND ALTERATION FOR BOOKINGS:

Tour cancellation / alteration policy:

Cancellation conditions for bookings:

When the trip is canceled by Trang Thanh Travel:

-  If the company fails trip, the company immediately tell clients and customers repay the amounts paid in cash or by bank transfer within three days of notification of cancellation.

-  Company bear all the costs of services that the company has reserved for groups such as the deposit hotel services, restaurants, vehicles, boats ...

Where the trip is canceled by the customer :

- First day of departure, if any member of the delegation of the customer for whatever reason can not attend the trip, the customer must immediately notify the company and bear the costs of cancellation as follows :

• If the client reportedly postponed, canceled immediately after the registration program will be fined 25% of the tour.
• If customers notice postpone, cancel within 7 working days prior to departure date will be fined 75% of the tour.
• If customers notice postponement, cancellation within 24 hours before departure time, the ticket will be 100% of the tour.

-  Trip Cancellation must be notified directly to the Company in writing by email or fax and must be confirmed by the Company. Event of cancellation by telephone will not be accepted.

-  No refunds for customers who travel program aborted midway.
